Secure Electronic Ticketing

tixmob is an E-Ticketing service. We deliver tickets to your Email Address and to your Mobile Phone. You’ll be able to get into the event with either form of ticket.

In the interests of security, and to avoid ticket touting at the event - you will need to provide the names of all people attending the event, and these names will be checked against ID at the event. You will be asked for these names when you use our service.

What tickets are available?

Adult Ticket £80
Full adult ticket, for people aged above 12.

Adult Earlybird £70
Exactly like Adult Tickets but £10 less. Limited availability for those booking early so be quick!

Child Ticket £15
For children aged from 5 to 12 inclusive

Infant Free Ticket
For infants under the age of 5.

Car Park Permit £10
This is required for every vehicle brought to the event, including camper vans.

What are the acceptable forms of ID?
It is advisable to bring at least two of the following forms of ID. Copies are acceptable.

• Drivers License
• Passport
• Birth Certificate
• Marriage Certificate
• Utility Bill (from the last 3 months)
• Bank Statement (from the last 3 months)
  
  
  Why do you need my mobile number?
  For your convenience we send a backup ticket to your mobile phone. The promoters may also use this to communicate important information about the event. It is not used for spamming!
  
  I don't have a mobile phone!
  Don't worry - you can just type in your home phone number, or 01234567890 if you haven’t got a phone. If you do this, select the phone type "Sony Ericsson"
  
  Remember we are an E-Ticketing service and your tickets are sent on email too. Just print the email out and bring that with you to the event.
  
  What if my phone breaks or lose my phone?
  We send all tickets on email too. Remember to bring your printed email ticket with you and you’ll get in just fine.
  
  What if I lose my email ticket?
  That’s why we send you a backup ticket to your mobile phone if you have one! A valid mobile ticket will allow you entry to the event too.
  
  Can I reassign tickets later on?
  If you buy a ticket and then find out later that you or one of your party cannot go, then you will be able to reassign them to someone else. This is a feature coming soon to tixmob, if you need it done earlier then contact support@tixmob.com.
  
  How many tickets can i buy?
  You can buy a maximum of 5 tickets of each type
  
  Can I bring my car to the event?
  You can bring a car to the event but need to buy a car park permit for each vehicle. Camping is included with all tickets
  
  What about camping?
  Camping is included with all tickets. If you bring a camper van though, or any vehicle, you need to buy a car park permit.
  
  Disabilities
  If you have a visible physical disability, and need to bring a carer, the carer will get in free.
  If you do not have a visible physical disability and need to bring a carer, place your order and then contact tixmob on support@tixmob.com.
